6 Month Entirelyfit Man Plan - 6 month transformation plan

    In the Entirelyfit Man Plan program we dig deeper into your health challenges to help you with real transformation and changes that will last a lifetime. This will have a powerful impact on you and your health so you can live happier and healthier.

  • We tackle nutrition and weight loss, getting better sleep, reducing harmful stress, more efficient exercise, and your spiritual connection as they pertain to your primary health challenges.

  • In this package we primarily tackle nutrition and exercise as it pertains to weight loss and better health. The goal is to get you started on a path to lifelong wellness and health

Golf Fitness

Golf is one of the most challenging games and with the right training plan and practice, anyone can become a better golfer, enjoy the game more, and play at their desired level.

I am Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 1 and my programming is based on their philosophy.

My golf fitness plan will help you get stronger, have better endurance and flexibility so you can reach your full potential. Your exercise plan will not only help you in golf, it will help you in many ways and your workouts will have more meaning.  

In addition to coaching you and helping you improve your fitness as it pertains to golf, we will also work on changing behaviors that will help you live healthier and happier.

Program consists of an interview and discussion about your goals to see if my program is a good fit. Once in the program, we will do a medical history review and I will coach you and guide you on a plan to improve your fitness level specific to playing better golf.

Clients receive 45 minute online sessions twice per month, weekly communication via text or email and access to website videos. The program is a 3 months minimum commitment.
